Spark are saying goodbye to Cardplus

 

Dear valued customer,

Right now, the services you have with Spark are paid through your Cardplus account each month, and we’d like to tell you about some changes to our partnership.

From 1 April 2017, your Spark Account will no longer be managed through your Cardplus Account. That means the last payment through Cardplus is for the 26th February statement which is emailed to you from Cardplus on the 1st March and the Direct Debit on the 8th March.

Don’t worry, Spark still have your best interests in mind.

Once the change happens, you’ll no longer see the monthly Spark discount on your Cardplus account. But you’ll still be getting awesome value, because Spark are giving you 500MB bonus mobile data, FREE for the next 12 months (worth $14/month) on your mobile plan and if your landline is with them also you’ll get Everyday National Calling too (worth $14/month). Just to say thanks.

Easy ways to pay.

After your March bill, your bill won’t be paid through your Cardplus account, so you’ll need to sort out payment with Spark. But the good news is that we’ve got a bunch of easy ways to pay – so find the right one for you at spark.co.nz/waystopay.

You can pay online at spark.co.nz/waystopay  automatically by setting up a direct debit, in person by popping into your local Spark store, Post Office or Kiwibank or over the phone by calling 0800 000 000.
